The Governing Council was formed under a legal procedure following the Memorandum of Association and Rules & Regulations under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961. Students, among themselves, came to a conclusion of which members should be included in the Governing Council. XCAAB was born to become successful in all aspects. The aims and objectives of XCAAB were instilled into our minds. It has situated and established itself as an organization that has organized diverse programmes, taken many initiatives towards the welfare of society and many more. The total number of members registered under XCAAB in the first year was sixteen and we were optimistic that in due course of time, the numbers will grow rapidly as more and more students will graduate from the college and join the alumni association. Since then years have passed and the association has made its presence felt by taking numerous initiatives. The Alumni Association got registered on 17th January, 2019 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act of 1961 bearing registration number – S0002381 of 2018-2019.
